Design Confirmation

The customer provides a design or requirements, and the design team confirms details such as style, color, pattern, and size.

Fabric and Trim Material Sourcing

Select appropriate fabrics (common cotton, polyester, and blends), as well as trims such as collars, cuffs, buttons, and zippers.

Pattern/Pattern Creation

Draw a pattern based on the design or generate a pattern using CAD software, then complete the marker drawing to maximize fabric utilization.

Fabric Pretreatment

Pre-shrink, iron, and inspect the fabric to ensure dimensional stability and flawlessness before proceeding to cutting.

Cutting

According to the marker drawing, the fabric is cut into the front, back, sleeves, collar, and other components using an automatic cutting machine or manual cutting.

Neckline Processing

Hot-melt lamination: The collar lining is heat-pressed at 130-150°C and a pressure of 3-5 kg/cm².

Three-thread overlocking and double-needle coverstitching: Ensure the collar edge density is ≥12 stitches/3cm to prevent folding or cracking.

Sewing the main piece

Shoulder seaming: Align and sew the front and back shoulders together;

Cuff and sleeve seaming: Use double-needle hemming or ribbing with an elastic recovery rate of ≥90%;

Side seams and hem: Overlock the sides and hem of the garment.

Neckline, cuffs, and hem finishing: Double-needle cover seams or ribbing are used on the neckline, cuffs, and hem to ensure wear resistance and excellent elasticity.

Ironing and shaping

Steam ironing is used to smooth the garment and enhance its appearance.

Quality inspection

Check for loose threads, seam strength, print/embroidery integrity, and dimensional deviation. Approved garments proceed to final processing.

Final processing and packaging: Hooking and folding: Maintain the garment's shape for subsequent packaging.

Labeling and packaging: Apply brand labels and packaging bags before packaging and shipping.
