7. Sewing the Main Components: Shoulder seams (align and sew the front and back shoulders together, ensuring smooth, non-bulging seams); Cuff and sleeve seams (using double-needle rolled edges or ribbing, with an elastic recovery rate of ≥90%, ensuring the cuffs are not tight and allow for free movement); Side seams and hem (complete the overlocking treatment on both sides of the garment and the hem, ensuring smooth, friction-free edges).

8. Collar, cuffs, and hem finishing: Double-needle coverstitch or ribbed finishing is used, ensuring a tight and smooth finish, avoiding exposed threads, and maintaining elasticity in these areas for a comfortable, non-restrictive fit.

9. Ironing and shaping: Steam ironing is used to smooth the garment, improve its appearance, and eliminate wrinkles created during sewing, resulting in a smoother feel when worn.

10. Quality inspection: Checking for loose threads (ensuring no excess threads irritate the skin), seam strength (preventing seam breakage during wear), print/embroidery integrity (no raised areas or irritation), and size deviation (ensuring a comfortable fit). Only garments passing these checks proceed to final processing.

11. Final processing and packaging: Hooking and folding (to maintain shape and prevent compression that could deform the garment and affect comfort); labeling and packaging (affixing brand labels and placing in individual bags to prevent dust contamination during transport).
